Payment and Shipping

We ship the goods within Germany and abroad with DHL. All other broadcasts are viewed individually by each other. Returns from the surrounding countries are charged to our customers at a flat rate of €18.49. For returns from other countries, the costs are higher.

Delivery -The order will be processed by us immediately upon receipt. The order is currently delivered within 1 to 3 working days. On average, domestic delivery takes 2 working days from receipt of the order. Please refer to the overview below for delivery times abroad.

We ask you for understanding that deliveries may take more time due to the current situation.

From a gross value of goods of 29 € we deliver free of charge within Germany/mainland. Islands must be considered separately.

Note: Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made from Uni-Toys Lager Hennef to the delivery address specified by the customer. Shipping within Germany and abroad takes place as a DHL package. UNIRING Im- und Export GmbH is entitled to have the delivery carried out by another shipping company. Should the parcel be damaged by the parcel services during transport, please refuse acceptance and have it returned by the parcel service. We will ship the items you ordered again immediately.
